Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to honor the time and energy invested in each session, appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $60 cancellation fee. If an appointment is canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, canceled at the last minute, or results in a no-show, the full session fee will be charged based on the service booked.

Payments for late cancellations can be made via CashApp or Venmo. Please note: Clients who do not settle outstanding fees for missed sessions will not be able to book future appointments until payment is received.
To support consistent scheduling, confirmation messages and a 72-hour reminder are always sent in advance. Late cancellations and no-shows affect availability for other clients and impact the sustainability of my practice. This policy helps ensure I can continue providing high-quality care while maintaining fairness for all clients.
Payment Methods
Preferred payment methods are cash or check, with a $35 fee applied to all returned checks. Credit card payments are available, but a 2.6% + 0.35 cent processing fee will apply.
Before Treatment
Alcoholic beverages are known to inhibit the cleansing effects of certain therapies, therefore, please refrain from the use of alcohol before your treatments. If you experiencing pain, no pain medicine 6 -8 hours before your appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Client privacy and confidentially are essential to the massage therapy relationship. All information shared, including health history and personal details, will be treated as strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties without written consent, except when legally required. This commitment to privacy ensure a safe and trusting environment for clients.

If you have a recurring appointment, you can receive the times and dates that you determine in advance. However, if you cancel twice in a row and you will need to go back to an 'as needed' scheduling arrangement.
