I understand emergencies can occur. Appointments canceled with less than 18 hours' notice will incur a $60 cancellation fee, charged at the next visit, and appointments canceled with less than 8 hours' notice require full payment. Late cancelations and no-shows impact my availability for other clients and help me maintain my business and continue offering services. This policy is necessary to ensure the continued operation of my business.

Before Treatment
Alcoholic beverages are known to inhibit the cleansing effects of certain therapies, therefore, please refrain from the use of alcohol before your treatments. If you experiencing pain, no pain medicine 6 -8 hours before your appointment.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

All information shared, including health history and personal details, will be treated as strictly confidential and not disclosed to third parties without written consent, except when legally required. This commitment to privacy ensure a safe and trusting environment for clients.

If you have a recurring appointment, you can receive the times and dates that you determine in advance. However, if you cancel twice in a row and you will need to go back to an 'as needed' scheduling arrangement.
